Service & Calibration

If you need your devices calibrated or repaired, we are your reliable partner. Our RMA-managed service and in-house calibration laboratory enable us to support you quickly and easily.

How to submit a service request

Get in touch

Write an email to our service team at service@caltestindia.com

Please provide the following information.

Model designation
Serial number
Reason for the request, e.g., calibration, error description
If you are unsure about the model and serial number, a picture of the type plate will suffice.

Receive RMA number

We will take care of your request and send you an RMA (return material authorization) number.

Send Your Instrument

Please send your product with the RMA label to our headquarters:

Inspection and cost estimate

Upon receipt of the goods, your product will be thoroughly tested by our technical department.

You will receive a cost estimate as soon as possible (except, of course, in warranty cases).

For a successful request, please provide the following information:

The more information you provide us regarding any error messages and applications, the faster the process will be handled.
After your request, you will receive an RMA number and an associated form with an RMA sticker from us.
Please attach this clearly visible to the outside of your shipment and ensure that a return address is provided.
Please also note our terms and conditions for returns:
Order acceptance is contingent upon inspection after receipt of the device.
Devices showing signs of misuse or improper handling are excluded from warranty repair.
Any delivery charges we have to pay will be billed to you, including a processing fee.
You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged.
If possible, the original packaging should be used.
