I-TS-3842 Single-Channel System – Overload

The I-TS-3842 is a high-performance single-channel DC source and sink system designed for advanced testing and simulation applications. The system can be expanded with a range of optional configurations to meet specific testing requirements.

Engineered for precision, the I-TS-3842 delivers standard measurement accuracy of 0.03% for voltage and 0.05% full scale for current. For high-voltage applications above 1000 V DC, it offers an exceptional voltage rise time of up to 250 V/ms, enabling highly dynamic performance.

High-Performance DC Testing & Simulation

The I-TS (Infeed Test System) is a bidirectional, high-dynamic DC power supply capable of seamless and continuous transitions between source and sink operation. Its advanced performance characteristics make it ideal for demanding applications across the automotive, hydrogen, and laboratory industries.

Safety equipment

The I-TS-3842 impresses even in the standard system configuration with its extensive equipment and is therefore ready for immediate use by customers from all over the world. The following is a small excerpt:

  • ≥ 1000 V / voltage rise time of 250 V / ms
  •  Capable of withstanding overload for 30 seconds every 10 minutes.
  • Main switch (load break switch with fuses on the AC connection; lockable during exhibitions
  •  Safety control for performance level d (PLd) in accordance with ISO 13849-1 / EN 60204-1
  • Display with touch operation
  • Analog voltmeter in cabinet door
  • Terminal connections for DC voltage measurement (accuracy 0.03% with sense leads)
